How many complimentary conference passes are included with our package?
- Exhibit Booth Packages receive one (1) complimentary 5-day conference pass.
- Silver Sponsor Packages receive two (1) complimentary 5-day conference pass.
- Gold Sponsor Packages receive two (2) complimentary 5-day conference passes.
- Platinum and Elite Sponsor Packages receive three (3) complimentary 5-day conference passes.
How many Booth Staff passes are included with our package?
Each booth package will receive three (3) exhibit hall booth staff passes. Additional exhibit hall booth staff passes are available for $25 each (up to three).
What is the deadline for registering staff and complimentary pass attendees?
The registration deadline is October 30, 2017

Are booth staff able to go to sessions?
Booth staff will receive expo hall passes which only allow them into the expo area.
Is Lunch provided to booth staff?
Yes, lunch will be provided to booth staff on Tuesday and Wednesday ~30 minutes prior to the start of the lunch break.
How do I sign up for conference services like electricity, internet, etc.?
Wireless internet is included at no charge. A wired connection can be ordered for a fee. Order form and pricing is in the exhibitor manual.

How do I order a Lead Retrieval Unit?
You can add a lead retrieval device for $250 per unit when you register your booth staff.
