Enterprise Low Code Application Platforms (LCAP), such as Microsoft Power Platform, are being increasingly adopted by professional developers. Gartner predicts, “by 2024, over 65% of medium to large enterprises will have adopted a Low Code Application Platform as one of their strategic application platforms.” With growing interest and adoption of low code platforms with professional developers, this one-day workshop will focus on how Azure developers can leverage Power Platform.

During this all-day workshop, attendees will delve into a variety of topics designed to bolster their skill set as Azure and Power Platform developers. The agenda includes exploring Fusion Teams for cross-discipline collaboration, understanding environment management through Azure AD, and getting hands-on with Dataverse and Azure-aware plug-ins. Participants will also learn about Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) with Azure DevOps, master composite deployment techniques using Porter, and gain insights into automation and security features such as Azure API Management and Managed Identity. This workshop offers a comprehensive guide for leveraging the best of both Azure and Power Platform to deliver state-of-the-art applications.

You will learn:

  • Gain a deep understanding of how Azure and the Power Platform synergize for efficient cross-discipline collaboration and robust application development.
  • Acquire hands-on experience in data management, application lifecycle management, and composite deployment strategies across both platforms.
  • Dive into automation and security features, learning how to optimize API management, data security, and automated workflows.
