Workstation management solutions (for example SCCM) have capabilities to help in automated troubleshooting.
Information may already exist in gathered client inventory data, we just have to find it using custom reports. Or we can use these management tools to automate troubleshooting information gathering from all domain clients using techniques we have already learned.
This session covers ways to gather domain wide troubleshooting information automatically, using for example SCCM or Microsoft cloud services.
Reports, custom inventory data, Configuration baselines and PowerShell scripts are tools which helps us achieve our goal to proactively discover if we are going to have problems in our environment.

- How to find out if single computer problem is a one-time only problem or is it developing to a wider problem in workstation and server environment
