For the past 14 years, I have helped IT professionals all over the world drive deployment, adoption, and usage of Microsoft products like Windows, Office, OneDrive, and Teams. I am currently consulting with customers worldwide, continuing to help them to drive asynchronous work habits and was just named Chief Technology Strategist for Petri IT Knowledgebase. Stephen holds over 20 technical certifications and has been certified since Windows NT 4.0 and (sadly) still remembers what an IRQ is. It is also possible that Stephen may be the last living member of the Columbia House Record and Tape club.
