Who is Live! 360 Tech Con for?

Live! 360 Tech Con is for Developers, IT Implementors, IT Decision Makers, IT Security Teams, Data Professionals, AI Professionals, and Enterprise Engineers who will benefit from the most up-to-date and comprehensive training and knowledge-sharing available.

When is Live! 360 Tech Con Orlando?

Live! 360 Tech Con Orlando takes place November 15-20, 2026.

Where is Live! 360 Orlando?

What's covered in the conference fee?

Your Live! 360 Tech Con registration (6-Day, 5-Day, 4-Day, 3-Day, Workshop Pass, or Hands-On Lab Pass) grants you access to all sessions, meals, exhibits, events and activities on the days your package covers at the six co-located Live! 360 events:

Who can attend?

The conference is open to the public.

What meals are included with registration?

For all paid Live! 360 Tech Con attendees, morning coffee and pastries, and lunch are provided on all days you attend sessions or workshops at the conference.

Will I be able to request special meals (i.e., kosher, vegetarian, gluten-free)?

Yes, you will be prompted to enter special meal requirements during registration.

How can I request assistance with special needs (i.e., hearing impaired)?

You will be prompted to tell us about your special needs during registration. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Can I bring a guest or companion to conference sessions and meals?

Only paid attendees are allowed in conference sessions and meals. Thank you for your understanding.

Travel/Transportation

Orlando International Airport (MCO)
Orlando International Airport is less than 17 miles from the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando.

Airport Transportation

The Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando does not provide airport transportation, but there are several options:

Universal Superstar Shuttle (800.823.4733): Universal’s Superstar Shuttle provides convenient and affordable transportation between the Orlando International Airport and both Lowes Royal Pacific Resort and Lowes Sapphire Falls Resort. Round-trip adult fare is $39 (tax included). This is a shuttle service that may have other stops at Universal properties along the way. Note, you must be staying on Universal property to use this service and you MUST have your hotel confirmation number when booking.

Taxi : One way fares from Orlando International Airport (MCO) average $45-$50

Parking

Loews Royal Pacific Resort and Loews Sapphire Falls Resort Self or valet parking for Live! 360 attendees:

  • Self-parking is $15.00* per day
  • Valet parking is $23.00* per day

* Rates shown are discounted for Live! 360 attendees and subject to change without prior notice.

Letter of Invitation / Visa Letter

If you require a letter of invitation to attend the conference, please click here to request a letter. A PDF letter will be emailed to you. We do not mail original copies.

Networking

Will there be opportunities for small group discussions?

Absolutely! You’ll have plenty of chances to connect in smaller group settings during our evening events and other networking activities. Meals and breaks are also a great time to meet peers, share insights, and build meaningful connections.

Registration

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

If you would like to use a Purchase Order you may do so when registering online. If you have any questions about using a purchase order, please contact our registration department at [email protected] or 949.296.9840. All payments must be received on or before September 25, 2026 or the registration will be canceled.

Where may I obtain your federal tax ID information for my accounting department?

Please contact our Conference Registrar at [email protected] and they will email a completed W9 form to you. Live! 360 Federal Tax I.D. Number is 20-4583700.

Where can I request a receipt?

You received a link to your receipt in your confirmation email. You may access your registration at any time with the email address you registered with and your reference number, found in your confirmation email. Click here to log back into your registration.

How may I make changes to my registration?

You may request changes to your registration by writing [email protected] or by calling 949.296.9840.

What if I need to cancel my registration?

All requests for cancellation must be sent in writing to the registration office at [email protected]. Requests must be received by the cancellation deadline of September 25, 2026 to qualify for a refund. A cancellation-processing fee of $250 will be charged for each cancellation request. No refunds will be given after September 25, 2026.

If I cancel my conference registration will my hotel room cancelled as well?

No, these are handled separately. Please contact your hotel directly to cancel your room reservation.

May I send someone in my place if I cannot attend?

Yes, you may transfer your registration to another person at any time prior to the start of the conference, November 15, 2026. Requests must be made in writing and may be emailed to [email protected], by calling 949.296.9840, or bring the request with you onsite.

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the address provided during the registration process.

Do you offer any student discounts?

We offer full-time college students from accredited universities a discount off of the full priced conference registration fees. To qualify for this discount, please contact our Conference Registrar at [email protected] or by calling 949.296.9840 and be prepared to provide a copy of your student identification card.

Do you offer government / non-profit discounts?

We offer Employees of a national, federal, state, or local government entity or a nonprofit with 501(c) status discounts on all packages. To qualify for this discount, please contact the registration office at [email protected] or 949.296.9840.

Do you offer discounts for international attendees?

Yes. To support and encourage participation from our international community, we offer a special discount for attendees traveling from outside the United States. To qualify for this discount, please contact the registration office at [email protected] or 949.296.9840.
