Where do I ship my Bag insert?
If you purchased a bag insert as part of your package, please send a sample of the insert to Danielle Potts at firstname.lastname@example.org to be approved prior to production.

How many complimentary conference passes are included with our package?
- Exhibit Package Booth receives one (1) complimentary 5-day conference pass.
- Gold Sponsor Packages receive two (2) complimentary 5-day conference passes.
- Platinum and Elite Sponsor Packages receive three (3) complimentary 5-day conference passes.
How many Booth Staff passes are included with our package?
Each booth package will receive three (3) exhibit hall booth staff passes. (Up to three (3) additional exhibit hall booth staff passes are available for $25 each.)
What is the deadline for registering staff and complimentary pass attendees?
The registration deadline is Monday, November 10, 2014

Are booth staff able to go to sessions?
Booth staff will receive expo hall passes which only allow them into the expo area.
How do I sign up for conference services like electricity, internet, etc…
Wireless internet is included at no charge. A wired connection can be ordered for a fee. Order form and pricing is in the exhibitor manual.
Electricity can be ordered by completing a form located in the exhibitor manual.
Orders for electricity must be placed by November 7, 2014
How do I order a Lead Retrieval Unit?
Please note that the barcode on the attendee badges can only be read with the aid of a Lead Retrieval device.
We offer three lead retrieval units to choose from:
- iLeads = Early Rate $315 / Standard Rate $345
- ExpoLeads2Go = Early Rate $395 / Standard Rate $435
- Expo Standard = Early Rate $365 / Standard Rate $405
