In this session we'll run through the basics of Office 365, what it means to you from a licensing perspective, for an end user perspective, from a service description perspective and most importantly how to provision a tenant, setup user accounts and setup your DNS entries so that you can start collaborating using SharePoint.

So your business is getting rid of its old e-mail provider and wants to move their local SharePoint to the cloud and they've asked you to investigate this "Office 365 thing." You're left with a few questions and quickly realize there's more to it than you anticipated. No worries mate, we've got you covered. In this session we'll run through the basics of Office 365, what it means to you from a licensing perspective, for an end user perspective, from a service description perspective and most importantly how to provision a tenant, setup user accounts and setup your DNS entries so that you can start collaborating using SharePoint.

We'll finish this session up with planning for considerations for more advanced topics around directory synchronization and federation.
