Don Shin is the Founder and CEO of CrossComm - an award-winning emerging technology consultancy with a 25+ year history of deploying innovative technologies into production, as well as national recognition as the Minority Technology Firm of the Year (2015) by the US Dept. of Commerce. Mr. Shin has been a passionate advocate for human-centric computing throughout his career; he is currently interested in exploring the limits of autonomous AI Agents, and leveraging tech innovation to make a positive impact on the world.
