John Yoakum is the Technical Relationship Manager at Recast Software where he splits his focus between being the technical asset for our customers across all our tools and working with potential customers as they explore Recast products. Prior to Recast, he spent 9 years in higher education where he was primarily focused on systems management using a combination of Intune, Configuration Manager, Chromebook management, Jamf, Mosyle and Apple Business Manager.
