Many organizations, a need to analyze text, image or voice files, to derive sentiment from customer comments on Web sites, extract the primary purpose of a customer service call from call scripts, detect the language of customer feedback and more. To address such requirements, Azure Cognitive Services provides a set of APIs, SDKs, and services that allow developers to do text analysis without writing special code in R or Python. In this session, Leila explains text analytics concepts and explores scenarios such as sentiment analysis, key phrase extraction, and language detection. Next, she’ll demonstrate the process of text analytics in Power BI using Cognitive Services. She will also work through a demo of sentiment analysis on Twitter data using Microsoft Flow, Cognitive Services, and Power BI. Finish with a look at how to perform OCR-based text recognition with the help of those same technologies along with Power Apps.
